NOW CASTING: NEW TELEVISION DOCUMENTARY SERIES

 

What is the show?

 

The show is about cousins that have fallen in love, and seeks to dispel the myths and stereotypes surrounding such relationships in the United States. We are working with a high profile cable network on this standalone series. We will feature couples that are in some sort of romantic relationship within the confines of the family tree either by blood or legal union (i.e. 2nd cousins, adopted siblings, step siblings, etc). The show will take the point-of-view of each couple's experience and highlight any upcoming events that will challenge their relationship or take it to the next level. Our aim is to tell the most authentic stories we possibly can without judgement. 

 

Who are we looking for?

 

• Cousin Couples that are blood kin or by legal union (dating or married)

• ALL ethnic, religious, socio-economic backgrounds

• From ANY city in the U.S. – nation-wide search

• Should have a strong network of friends

• Ideally there should be an upcoming event that’s important to their relationship

• Must be willing to talk about their romantic relationship openly
